His expertise includes process standardization, automation, and implementing new technologies. He also specializes in energy efficiency, heat recovery, and improving baking processes. In addition to technical consulting, he has trained plant personnel to ensure continuous improvement. He holds a degree in Food Engineering and an Executive MBA, along with certifications in strategy and operations management. Fluent in English and Spanish, he collaborates with clients across South America and beyond. Passionate about innovation, he helps businesses develop high-quality products and optimize production.
